Precision CNC Cutting

At Pragati Granites, great countertops start with precise cutting. We use a state-of-the-art 5-axis CUT 500 CNC bridge saw to cut granite, quartz, engineered marble, and porcelain with exceptional accuracy. This technology ensures clean edges, neat cut-outs, and perfectly fitting countertops. Delivering a consistent, premium finish every time.

Spacious, Organized Multi-Station Fabrication Workshop

Space and organization directly impact workmanship. Our 10,000 sq. ft. fabrication workshop, equipped with 10 dedicated stone workstations, allows multiple countertops to be processed simultaneously without crowding. This structured workflow improves precision, maintains consistent quality, and shortens turnaround times. This helps us deliver carefully crafted granite, quartz, engineered marble, and porcelain countertops efficiently.

Safe and Efficient Slab Handling System

Safe and efficient handling is key to flawless fabrication. Our double girder EOT crane enables smooth lifting, truck loading and unloading, and precise movement of heavy stone slabs within our factory. This ensures safer operations, reduces the risk of material damage, and allows faster more efficient production helping us deliver high-quality granite, quartz, engineered marble, and porcelain countertops on time.
