Material Color Selection
Smaller samples, Showroom Displays and Digital images on website and catalogs are only indicative, not exact matches.
Please request for live images and videos or visit our warehouse in Harohalli, Bangalore to select the slab.
Our sales team will be happy to assist with all requests for material selection requests.
Material Design and Tolerance
When considering stone materials color, grain, veining, texture, and shade variations are inherent and not defects.
Minor shade and pattern variation between batches/slabs may occur.
Selection and Approval
Final material is deemed accepted once approved by the customer (physically or digitally).
Book-matching and vein alignment depend on slab availability.
Measurements & Site Conditions
Final dimensions are based on site measurements; drawings are indicative.
Installation may be impacted by site readiness, civil work accuracy, and access conditions.
Installation Limitations
Minor chips, edge variations, or joint lines may occur during cutting and installation.
Dust and sludge are a part of stone site work, we only clean our installed product, not the entire house
Hairline cracks in natural stone can occur due to inherent material properties.
Seams, Joints & Cut-outs
Seam visibility is normal and cannot be completely eliminated.
Joints are necessary for larger counters and will be visible.
Cut-outs for sinks, hobs, and fixtures weaken structural strength and require support.
Usage & Maintenance
Staining, etching (especially in marble), and scratches can occur with improper use.
Regular sealing (for natural stones) and proper care are the customer’s responsibility.
Heat, Impact & Load Disclaimer
Excessive heat, heavy impact, or improper loading may cause cracks or damage.
No liability for damage due to misuse or external stress.
Timeline & Delays
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to material availability, logistics, or site readiness.
Cancellation & Custom Orders
Custom-cut materials are non-returnable and non-refundable once processing begins.
Cancellation charges apply after order confirmation.
Third-Party Dependencies
Plumbing, electrical, cabinetry, and civil work are outside your scope unless specified.
Any damage or delay arising from third-party work is not covered.
Warranty Limitations
Warranty covers manufacturing defects only, not natural wear, misuse, or installation constraints beyond control.

General Warranty Conditions

Warranty coverage is strictly limited to manufacturing defects.

Damages arising from improper usage, handling, or installation conditions beyond standard practices are not covered.

Breakage, fading, or staining caused by exposure to strong chemicals, misuse, or conditions outside normal household usage are excluded from warranty coverage.

All warranties on order with incomplete payments will be considered void
Natural Surfaces
Granite
No warranty is provided on the natural quality or appearance of the stone.
Warranty is limited to the agreed thickness and size specification only.
Engineered Surfaces
Quartz, Porcelain, E-Marble, Terrazzo
Warranty on Engineered surfaces are provided by their respective manufacturing companies.
In case of any concerns, we will support you to get in touch with them.
Eterno -Quartz
Covered by a 10-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
Primastone - Quartz, Engineered Marble & Terrazzo
Covered by a 12-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
KalingaStone - Quartz, Engineered Marble & Terrazzo
Covered by a 10-year long-term residential warranty.
Quantra Quartz
Covered by a lifetime limited residential warranty for household installations, applicable to the original registered owner.

Covered by a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects.

Returns & Cancellations
Covers our policies for cancellations, returns, and replacements, including timelines, eligibility, and applicable conditions. Designed to ensure a fair, transparent, and hassle-free resolution process.
Supply of Material
Terms for sale of slabs without fabrication or installation
30 days limit to Return or Replacement
Purchased of material must be with 30days to be eligible for return or replacement.
No Return or Replacement After Processing
Purchased material that have been cut, polished, or altered in any manner are not eligible for return or replacement.
Replacement Logistics Charges
In case of approved replacement, transportation and handling charges will be applicable for both pickup and re-delivery.
Condition for Replacement
Replacement or return requests will be considered only if the material stored properly and is in the same condition as at the time of purchase, without any damage or alteration.
Discounted / Limited Stock Materials
Slabs purchased under discount schemes, promotional offers, or limited stock clearance are not eligible for return or replacement.
Order Cancellation
Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
Installation of Countertops

No Order Modifications
Please review Countertop Drawings before confirmation. Once the order is confirmed and processing has commenced, details such as colour, brand, quantity, dimensions, joint locations, and edge profiles cannot be modified.
No Order Cancellations
Orders for fabrication and installation cannot be cancelled, returned or replaced once confirmed, as materials are processed specifically for the project.
